One of my favorite things about apple butter is its density.
Combined with balsamic vinegar it makes an amazing marinade for salmon before grilling

I actually like to saute my chicken breast with Apple Butter to give it a sweet added flavor! Then it’s quite delicious on top of a baby spring mix salad with avocado, walnuts, cranberries and chopped apples too! :)

I’m thinking that a farro salad with caramelized onions, crisp fall apples, apple butter candied bacon and an apple butter vinaigrette would be the perfect thing to serve on an early autumn table.

    A – Apple Butter, Apples
B – Blueberries, Butter, Brown Sugar
    C – Cinnamon, Cranberries
I would mix oatmeal with brown sugar, cinnamon, butter, apple butter, with chopped apples, blueberries and cranberries and bake it all together in the oven until golden brown and crispy! Top with vanilla ice cream! Delicious!

Apple butter, my favourite with toast and cheese! I like to spread the apple butter on my toast, add a couple of slices of cheese, put it in the toaster for a minute or two until the cheese melts. I add a couple drops of Sriracha to spike up the experience. Really wakes up your palate in the morning or any time of day when you need a small meal to keep you going or a snack.
